Alas, another photo week begins. It's either the two cups of coffee racing through my system or the intense adrenaline excitement for this week's theme that has me all a flurry. I'm really eager to use the new camera we bought on Saturday for our upcoming trip to Europe. If you're in the market for new pocket camera, I'll be sure to keep you updated on how functional (or not) it is as the week progresses. Although, it better be on super, great functioning side . . .
VIVA LA PHOTO WEEK!
VIVA LA PHOTO WEEK!
8:30 pm - I wasn't happy with the few pictures I was able to take tonight, so I pulled out some old ones that fit the theme.
What? It didn't snow in your neighborhood today? This is a shot from Winter 2007. Rob took eight photos and stitched them together with a program to create a sort-of-panoramic shot. The house on the far left is ours. The house on the far right is the house that is actually on our left. Get it? Sorry the image is so small.
This is the view from on top of the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Aug. 15. Central Park is the pillow of green between the skyline and the rooftop.

Sara, like the pictures. The pano is very Norman Rockwell. Also like the NYC pic it's like salt and pepper.
Your enthusiasm gets me psyched! Love the NYC picture. I still want to try to make a panoramic of my tent village pictures someday...
